A donor pass/registration form with the local testing center address, hours of operation and instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. However, you must complete the donor information section and pay for the test at the time of registration.

Urine or hair testing methods - you choose!

Coastal Drug Testing offers different testing methods depending upon our customers needs.
